Abstract

Guru memiliki peran penting sebagai motivator di dalam pembelajaran agar mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Melalui kasus yang ditemukan, masih terdapat siswa yang kurang termotivasi belajar karena guru terlalu monoton ketika mengajar. Hal ini membuat siswa tidak memiliki rasa semangat untuk belajar karena guru yang tidak kreatif. Tujuan dari penulisan proyek Akhir ini untuk memaparkan bagaimana peran guru sebagai motivator siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penulisan proyek akhir menggunakan kajian filsafat epistemologi yang menjadi dasar filosofis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah seorang guru Kristen memiliki peran sebagai motivator di dalam pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa memiliki semangat belajar dan dan memotivasi siswa untuk semakin mengenal Kristus yaitu sang Kebenaran. Seorang guru Kristen harus terlebih dahulu mengalami lahir baru untuk mengenal Kristus dan membawa siswa untuk dapat mengenal Kristus sang kebenaran melalui Alkitab yang merupakan satu-satunya kebenaran. Dalam menjalankan perannya, maka seorang guru Kristen harus kreatif dengan menggunakan metode, strategi, dan media pembelajaran yang tepat. Saran bagi penulis selanjutnya agar dapat mengkaji lebih dalam lagi tentang peran guru sebagai motivator dengan sumber yang lebih relevan dan terbaru. / The teacher has an important role as a motivator in learning in order to achieve educational goals. Through the cases found, there are still students who are less motivated to learn because the teacher is too monotonous when teaching. This makes students do not have a sense of enthusiasm for learning because the teacher is not creative. The purpose of writing this final project is to describe the teacher's role as a motivator in learning. The writing of the final project uses the study of epistemological philosophy which is the philosophical basis. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. The result of this writing is that a Christian teacher has a role as a motivator in learning to provide enthusiasm for learning to students and encourage students to use the abilities that God has given and provide motivation for students to live a transformed life in a better direction to glorify the name of God. A Christian teacher must first experience being born again to know Christ and bring students to know Christ the truth through the Bible which is the only truth. In carrying out its role, a Christian teacher must be creative by using appropriate methods, strategies and learning media. Suggestions for future writers to be able to study more deeply about the role of the teacher as a motivator with more relevant and up-to-date sources.
