Abstract

Stres merupakan reaksi fisik dan emosional terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Depresi adalah gangguan mood yang menyebabkan perasaan kehilangan minat secara terus-menerus. Menarche diartikan sebagai menstruasi pertama pada remaja putri. Dismenore adalah nyeri kram pada perut bagian bawah atau panggul yang terjadi sebelum atau selama menstruasi tanpa adanya kondisi medis yang jelas. Dismenore primer terjadi akibat peningkatan hormon prostaglandin yang menyebabkan kontraksi rahim berlebihan. Namun stres juga dapat meningkatkan hormon ini sehingga dapat memicu dismenore. Prevalensi dismenore di Indonesia sebesar 64,5% dan prevalensi stres di Indonesia pada usia 15 tahun ke atas sebesar 9,8%, prevalensi depresi di Indonesia sebesar 6,2%. Prevalensi menarche usia dibawah 12 tahun sebesar 5,2%, yaitu 37,5% pada usia 12 – 14 tahun dan 10,8% pada usia 14 tahun ke atas. / Stress is a physical and emotional reaction to environmental changes. Depression is a mood disorder that causes a feeling of constant loss of interest. Menarche is defined as the first menstruation in teenage girls. Dysmenorrhea is cramping pain in the lower abdomen or pelvis that occurs before or during menstruation without any obvious medical condition. Primary dysmenorrhea occurs due to an increase in the hormone prostaglandin which causes excessive uterine contractions. However, stress can also increase this hormone, which can trigger dysmenorrhea. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is 64.5% and the prevalence of stress in Indonesia among those aged 15 years and over is 9.8%, the prevalence of depression in Indonesia is 6.2%. The prevalence of age of menarche below 12 is 5.2% around 37.5% for 12 – 14 years of age and 10.8% for age 14 above.
