Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel fitur produk, citra merek, harga, pengaruh sosial, dan perceived quality secara parsial pada minat beli smartphone Oppo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Metode survei dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 310 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitasnya menggunakan Structural Equation Model dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan uji Cronbach’s Alpha. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fitur produk, citra merek, harga, pengaruh sosial, dan perceived quality secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat beli smartphone Oppo. Variabel independen yang paling dominan berpengaruh pada minat beli smartphone Oppo adalah fitur produk.
