Abstract

Risiko adalah hal yang harus dihindari dikarenakan dapat menghambat kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu dampak risiko adalah biaya. Risiko pada perusahaan harus bisa diidentifikasi dan dikelola agar meminimalkan biaya yang harus ditanggung perusahaan. Dalam perusahaan jasa transportasi, risiko tersebut ditemukan dalam bentuk kerusakan komponen atau suku cadang kendaraan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko akibat failure, serta mengekspektasikan biaya dari kerusakan atau failure komponen agar perusahaan dapat mengetahui besar dampaknya terhadap perusahaan dan juga merumuskan tindakan untuk meminimalkan dampak dari risiko. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan, obervasi dan dengan data historis pemakaian suku cadang kendaraan akibat failure. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Pareto Chart, perhitungan MTBF dan MTTR, ketersediaan, FMEA cost-based dan simulasi Monte Carlo. Hasil pengolahan data dianalisis berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko, ekspektasi biaya dan juga rekomendasi untuk meminimalkan biaya akibat failure. Dari hasil penelitian didapat dibuktikan bahwa terdapat setidaknya delapan komponen yang kritis dengan ekspektasi biaya failure komponen mencapai Rp 188.129.282,00 per kendaraan tiap tahunnya. Sebagian besar komponen biaya merupakan biaya kesempatan yang timbul akibat kegagalan fungsi komponen. Dijelaskan secara ringkas beberapa rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menekan biaya failure. / Risks prevents a firm to reach their objectives, hence risks must be avoided and, as a result of risks occurences are cost of failure. Risks should be identified and managed for minimizing company’s cost of failure. In transportation company, risks are found as a failure of vehicle’s parts. This research objectives are to identify the risk caused by parts failure, calculate risks costs and also prioritize an actions in order to minimizing the impacts toward company. Datas are collected using literature review, observation and company’s historical record, then processed with Pareto Chart to identify the risks, MTBF and MTTR and Availability formulation to find data inputs for FMEA cost-based and Monte Carlo Simulation as forecasting and validation tool for expecting parts failure cost. The results present eight identified parts as critical risks or failure mode and Rp 188.129.282,00 expected failure cost for each year mostly affected by opportunity cost of parts failure. Some actions suggestion are mentioned in purpose to minimizing failure cost.
