Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya jumlah produk kecantikan yang dijual dan dipakai turut menciptakan jumlah sampah plastik yang lebih tinggi. Sampah plastik dari kemasan skincare atau kecantikan jika tidak dikelola dan didaur ulang dengan baik, sampah plastik akan menumpuk dan menjadi masalah lingkungan. The Body Shop sejak awal memperkenalkan produknya sebagai green product, menawarkan produk dengan bahan-bahan alami, ramah lingkungan dan tidak diuji coba kepada hewan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Environmental Consciousness, Eco-Label, Attitude, Advertisting, dan Price terhadap Buying Decision pada produk The Body Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner online dari 200 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling dan dianalisa dengan metode PLS-SEM Software SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian membutikan bahwa Environmental Consciousness dan Price berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Buying Decision, sedangkan Attitude dan Advertisting tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Buying Decision.
