Abstract

Desain produk menjadi bagian yang tidak terlepaskan dalam sektor manufaktur dan marketing di dalam dunia industri. Prosesnya adalah dengan cara menggali dan mengidentifikasi keinginan pelanggan terhadap produk yang akan diproduksi (manufaktur) untuk kemudian ditawarkan kepada konsumen (marketing). Mengingat berbagai produk saingan telah banyak memberikan inovasi seturut perkembangan teknologi yang ada, muncul pula suatu desakan bagi UD. Turbosound untuk berusaha menerjemahkan keinginan pelanggan ke dalam Bahasa teknis yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk Amplifier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah berusaha memberikan penjabaran terhadap keinginan pelanggan serta menerjemahkan keinginan tersebut ke dalam bahasa teknis yang nantinya dapat diproses oleh UD. Turbosound ke dalam sisi manufaktur. Di dalam prosesnya diperlukan juga untuk menganalisis tingkat kepentingan dari keinginan yang telah dijabarkan oleh pelanggan. Sehingga dapat dicapai pula suatu peringkat prioritas yang diperlukan dalam melihat bahasa teknis yang menjadi acuan bagi desain Amplifier. Dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment, akhirnya dapat dilakukan identifikasi keinginan pelanggan akan produk Amplifier serta dapat dilakukan pula penerjemahan keinginan pelanggan tersebut ke dalam suatu bahasa teknis yang memperhatikan tingkat prioritas serta hubungan yang ada di dalam setiap bahasa teknis tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tiga puluh empat (34) persyaratan pelanggan terkait produk Amplifier Turbosound yang menjadi kebutuhan dan sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan. Didapatkan pula dua puluh delapan (28) konsep dan desain faktor berdasarkan respon teknis dalam metode QFD. Lima faktor proritas respon teknis yang harus diutamakan oleh UD. Turbosound berdasar hasil pembobotan yang dilakukan adalah tingkat kualitas komponen, desain berdasarkan antropometri manusia, kemudahan dalam mempelajari Amplifier (segi interface), pengurangan bobot Amplifier dengan SMPS, dan tingkat kesesuaian dengan ergonomi. Dalam prosesnya, perlu untuk dikoreksi juga terkait proses pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keinginan yang diutarakan pelanggan dan bahasa teknis perusahaan. / Product design has been a part which is seen unseparable if it seem to be connected with manufacture and marketing world. The process is to find out and identificate customers requirements toward product which need to be manufactured and will be offered to the customers. However, there are a lot of competitor who has established their new product with the touch of innovation as a part of increasing development in technology, this condition, has been triggered UD Turbosound to translate customer requirements into technical languages which is based materials for making Amplifier. The purpose of this research is to give an explanation towards what customer requirements are and also translate those requirements into technical languages that can be used on the processs of manufacturing product by UD. Turbosound. In the process, there is also a need to analyze and classifiy the level of importances from requirements which have been collected from customers. Hence, that can be used to determine level of priority in the technical languages as the basic principal in designing Amplifier. With the Quality Function Deployment method, finally customer requirements can be identificated and translated into technical languages wich gave a focus according its priority and its relation. This research shown thirty four (34) customer requirements of product Amplifier UD. Turbosound which match with customer wants. Also, there are twenty eight (28) concept and factor design according technical responses in QFD method. There are five priority factors which are need to be put on a first place by UD. Turbosound according weighted moving average, such as quality of components, design based on human’s anthropometry, easy to use Amplifier (interface), minimize the weight of Amplifier (using SMPS) and level of conformity with ergonomy. In the process there were also a need of correction according how to know level of customer satisfaction toward customer requirements and technical languages.
