Abstract

Layanan Kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Maka sesuai tugasnya, rumah sakit mempunyai tugas memberikan pelayanan Kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna. Rumah Sakit TNI AD TK. II Moh Ridwan Meuraksa ini merupakan rumah sakit umum kelas B milik TNI AD Indonesia, yang dimana rumah sakit kelas B berada ditingkat menengah, berperan dalam pelayanan kesehatan menjadi rumah sakit rujukan untuk tingkat dibawahnya, dan juga sebagai rumah sakit yang bermitra dengan Rumah Sakit Pusat TNI AD Gatot Subroto diatasnya. tujuan dari penelitian adalah Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior serta dampaknya pada work productivity studi pada perawat rumah sakit. Unit Analisis dalam penelitian adalah perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit TNI AD TK. II Moh Ridwan Meuraksa Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian cross sectional. Studi ini mengumpulkan data hanya sekali untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Periode pengambilan data responden dilakukan pada bulan Juli – Agustus 2023. Hasil penelitian adalah Semua variabel dependen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel independen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positive antar variabel job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment pada organizational citizenship behavior, work productivity. / Health services are one of the factors that can enhance patient satisfaction. Accordingly, hospitals have the responsibility to provide comprehensive individual health services. TNI AD TK. II Moh Ridwan Meuraksa Hospital is a class B general hospital owned by the Indonesian Army (TNI AD), where class B hospitals operate at an intermediate level. They serve as referral hospitals for lower-level facilities and collaborate with the TNI AD Gatot Subroto Central Hospital above them. The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and its impact on work productivity among nurses in the hospital. The unit of analysis in this research is nurses working at TNI AD TK. II Moh Ridwan Meuraksa Hospital in Jakarta. This study adopts a quantitative research approach, specifically a cross-sectional design, where data is collected only once to address the research questions. The data collection period for respondents was conducted in July-August 2023. The results of the study indicate a significant positive influence among the variables of job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and work productivity.
