Abstract

PT. Campina merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi ice cream, dimana variasi produk pada perusahaan tersebut banyak. Saat ini proses produksi pada perusahaan sering mengalami ketidaktepatan waktu produksi, yang disebabkan oleh keterlambatan dalam melakukan pengadaan bahan baku. untuk mengurangi ketidaktepatan tersebut akan dilakukan analisa perencanaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity. Dalam metode tersebut mampu mencari nilai safety stock dan reorder point yang berguna untuk perusahaan yang belum menerapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dari perusahaan. Dari data yang didapatkan dilakukan perhitungan untuk mencari nilai yang diperlukan dalam penelitian. Formula yang digunakan dalam perhitungan seperti nilai EOQ (economic order quantity), total cost, safety stock, dan reorder point. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dibuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode EOQ perusahaan dapat melakukan penghematan dalam pengadaan bahan baku/kemasan sebesar 45% - 52%. / PT. Campina is a company that produces ice cream, where variations of the product on the company's lot. Currently the production process at the company often have production time inaccuracy, caused by delays in the procurement of raw materials. to reduce these inaccuracies will be done using the raw material planning analysis method of Economic Order Quantity. In these methods is capable of finding the value of safety stock and reorder point is useful for companies that have not been implemented. Data collection techniques are performed directly from the company. From the data obtained by calculation is performed to locate the required value in the research. The formula used in the calculation of such value EOQ (economic order quantity), total cost, safety stock, reorder point and. From the results of research that can be proved using the methods of EOQ company can do savings in the procurement of raw materials/packing of 45%-52%.
