Abstract
Laju pertumbuhan penyedia akomodasi dan makan minum di Indonesia serta akomodasi sebagai kebutuhan primer manusia membuat industri penyedia akomodasi menjadi salah satu peluang baik untuk memulai suatu usaha bisnis. Peningkatan jumlah wisatawan yang mengunjungi Provinsi Riau serta data-data lainnya yang diperoleh melalui Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mendorong penulis untuk memilih akomodasi hotel bintang satu yang berlokasi di Provinsi Riau, tepatnya Kota Pekanbaru. Naum Hotel merupakan sebuah tempat penginapan yang memiliki jumlah kamar sedikit dengan konsep rumah tradisional yang menggunakan desain eksterior yaitu modernisasi dari rumah adat Provinsi Riau, sedangkan desain interiornya menggunakan konsep minimalis sehingga memberikan suasana yang sederhana tetapi masih terkesan elegan.
