Abstract

Sumber daya merupakan faktor penting dalam mengendalikan suatu organisasi. sumber daya yang memiliki motivasi kerja kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja akan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dan berkualitas. Dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia sebagai lebih produktif yaitu pelatihan, pengembangan karir, manajemen kinerja, pengembangan, identifikasi karyawan serta melaksanakan pengembangan SDM. Sehingga dalam menigkatkan kinerja, industri serta karyawan sanggup menggapai tujuan pekerjaan demi mewujudkan sasaran tujuan visi dan misi organisasi yang tertuang dalam perumusan skema strategis suatu organisasi. Data primer serta sekunder digunakan dalam riset ini, kuesioner disebarkarkan ke karyawan PT Metromatika Tekonologi Rekayasa. Data diukur diukur denga uji validitas serta reabilitas. Tata cara sampling yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan non probability, ialah sensus teknik (sampel jenuh). Informasi tersebut dianalisa memakai SPSS 25. 0 dengan model riset uji normalitas, uji heterokedasitas, serta uji multikolinearitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis ialah uji- f serta uji- t. Hasil riset meyakinkan kalau variabel Motivasi mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Metromatika Teknologi Rekayasa. Variabel Kepuasan berpengaruah signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Metromatika Teknologi Rekayasa. Variabel Disiplin Kerja sebagian tidak mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Metromatika Teknologi Rekayasa. Serta, hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,672./ Human resources are an important factor in controlling an organization. resources that have work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline will produce good and quality performance. In improving human resources to be more productive, namely training, career development, performance management, development, employee identification and implementing HR development. So that in improving performance, industry and employees are able to achieve work goals in order to realize the goals of the organization's vision and mission as stated in the formulation of an organization's strategic scheme. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, questionnaires were distributed to employees of PT Metromatika Tekonologi Rekayasa. The measured data is measured using validity and reliability tests. The sampling procedure used in this research is non-probability, namely a technical census (saturated sample). This information was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 with the research model of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing, namely the f-test and t-test. The research results confirm that the motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Metromatika Teknologi Rekayasa. The satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Metromatika Teknologi Rekayasa. The Work Discipline variable does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Metromatika Teknologi Rekayasa. Also, the coefficient of determination is 0.672.
