Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, Internet telah banyak sekali mengubah cara berbisnis yang modern seperti E-commerce contohnya belanja online atau toko – toko online shop yang banyak dan mudah digunakan oleh konsumen. Selain adanya Ecomerce terdapat banyak bisnis-bisnis yang sukses seperti dalam bidang industri pariwisata dari yang membeli secara langsung menjadi secara online yang disebut Online Travel Agent (OTA). Penelitian ini menganalisa suatu model yang mengenai optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, dan insecurity yang berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan behavioral intention pada konsumen Tiket.com di Surabaya.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diharapkan mempunyai hasil yang valid, dan memiliki pengetahuan khususnya di bidang E-Tiket. Selain itu hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi tolak ukur dalam penelitian di masa yang akan datang .Model penelitian yang dikembangkan penulis ialah untuk meneliti Behavioral Intention pengguna aplikasi tiket.com di Surabaya. Model penelitian ini dibentuk atas pengaruh hubungan Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort dan Insecurity terhadap Behavioral Intention melalui Perceived Ease Of Use dan Perceived Usefullness. penelitian ini merumuskan beberapa permasalahan yaitu apakah Optimism berpengaruh signifikan pada Perceived Ease of Use oleh pengguna pada tiket.com di Surabaya / In this era of globalization, the Internet has greatly changed modern ways of doing business, such as e-commerce, for example online shopping or online shops which are numerous and easy for consumers to use. Apart from Ecommerce, there are many successful businesses such as those in the tourism industry, from buying directly to online, which are called Online Travel Agents (OTA). This research analyzes a model regarding optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity which influence perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention among Tiket.com consumers in Surabaya. The results of the research conducted are expected to have valid results, and have knowledge especially in the field of E-Tickets. Apart from that, the research results are expected to become a benchmark in future research. The research model developed by the author is to examine the Behavioral Intention of users of the tiket.com application in Surabaya. This research model was formed based on the influence of the relationship between Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort and Insecurity on Behavioral Intention through Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. This research formulates several problems, namely, does Optimism have a significant effect on Perceived Ease of Use by users on tiket.com in Surabaya.
