Abstract

Bulgari Resort Bali is a favorite resort for tourists, as can be seen from the awards it has received. Understanding the work environment and level of support among co-workers at Bulgari Resort Bali is critical to enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and ultimately the experience of guests staying at the resort. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work environment, co-worker support and employee satisfaction. The work environment and support from co-workers consists of all elements present in the vicinity of the workplace that have the potential to impact employees' performance of work-related tasks. The research method in this study with quantitative and descriptive methods using causal studies was used to analyze sample of 74 employees. Respondents include Bulgari Resort Bali, who are taken using sampling criteria using simple random sampling. The questionnaire distribution carried out has passed the validity and reliability tests. The data tested has also passed normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that work environment and co-worker support simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 64.6%. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Co-worker support partially have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Bulgari Resort Bali is recommended conducting a thorough evaluation of existing ventilation and encouraging a positive knowledge-sharing culture by facilitating regular meetings and training where employees can share knowledge, experiences, and ideas, and improve their existing permission policy. /Bulgari Resort Bali menjadi resor favorit wisatawan, terlihat dari penghargaan yang diterimanya. Memahami lingkungan kerja dan tingkat dukungan di antara rekan kerja di Bulgari Resort Bali sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan, motivasi, dan pengalaman tamu yang menginap di resor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, dukungan rekan kerja dan kepuasan karyawan. Lingkungan kerja dan dukungan rekan kerja terdiri dari seluruh unsur yang ada di sekitar tempat kerja yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi kausal yang digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel sebanyak 74 karyawan. Respondennya adalah Bulgari Resort Bali yang diambil dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga telah lolos uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan dukungan rekan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 64,6%. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Dukungan rekan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Dapat direkomendasikan kepada Bulgari Resort Bali untuk melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap ventilasi yang ada, mendorong budaya berbagi pengetahuan yang positif dengan memfasilitasi pertemuan atau pelatihan rutin di mana karyawan dapat berbagi pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan ide, serta menyempurnakan kebijakan izin yang ada.
