Abstract

This internship report consists of five chapters. In chapter one explain about the background the occurrence of unhealthy competition, mainly describes the case between Wen Ken Drug Co., (PTE) Ltd and PT. Kinocare Era Kosmetindo against Budi Yuwono (PT Sinde Budi Sentosa), and also describes the purpose of the internship is performed, followed by the elaboration of the scope and limitations of the internship, the time and location of the internship, Which are then ended with systematic of writing. In chapter two, discusses on the grounding conceptual grounding as well as theories gleaned from the works of literature, or literatureliterature been suggested with regard to the issue of unhealthy business competition to a brand that is discussed on this internship report with the aim to understand and investigate topics will be spelled out problems. In Chapter three outlines related to the organizational structure of the institution where the author take the internships, which is displayed on the overview, vision and mission, as well as closed with a discussion about areas of expertise from the Law Office is concerned. In Chapter four will be elaborated concerning the case of position (chronologically) case between Wen Ken Drug Co., (PTE) Ltd and PT. Kinocare Era Kosmetindo against Budi Yuwono (PT Sinde Budi Sentosa), the opinions of the parties either Plaintiffs or Defendants, judge reasoning (ratio decidendi), as well as analysis and logic of the law which should be applied with regard to the ruling of the Court which is competent in dealing with the matter. And for the Chapter five is the conclusion of this thesis contains conclusions and suggestions. At the conclusion of the conclusion will be elaborated concerning the implementation of the internship, and the conclusions of the analysis of the case and the verdict, as well as loaded as well as advice to the implementation of the internship, as well as the analysis with regard to the case and the verdict
