Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat baru-baru ini telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 tentang pedoman Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh PERMEN PUPR No. 10 Tahun 2021 terhadap peningkatan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) pada suatu perusahaan serta menganalisis elemen-elemen mana saja yang dominan. Pada proyek konstruksi jembatan PT XYZ terdapat masih banyak pekerja yang kurang sadar dan kurang memahami tentang keselamatan dan kecelakaan kerja sehingga mengakibatkan tingginya nilai kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena itum diperlukan analisis penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) serta pengaruh biaya terhadap pelaksanaan proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang didasarkan atas analisis tentang penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) pada proyek konstruksi jembatan PT XYZ, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner (primer) yang dibagikan kepada 40 responden yang terdiri dari tim pelaksana (Kontraktor), pengawas (Manajemen Konstruksi) proyek dan juga beberapa mandor pekerja, lalu observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yaitu Uji T dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengaruh penerapan SMKK pada proyek konstruksi jembatan PT XYZ telah diterapkan dengan baik walaupun belum secara menyeluruh, hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis Uji T yang menghasilkan variabel yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SMKK yaitu variabel Displin K3 (X3) dengan nilai t = 1.976 dengan sig. 0.057 dimana < 0.10. / The Indonesian government through the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing has recently issued Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) guidelines. The research aims to determine the extent of the influence of PUPR Ministerial Decree No. 10 of 2021 to increase the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) in a company and analyze which elements are dominant. In the PT Therefore, analysis is required regarding the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) as well as the influence of costs on project implementation. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method based on an analysis of the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) on the PT Construction) projects and also several foreman workers, then observation and documentation. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis, namely T and F tests. The results of this research state that the effect of implementing SMKK on the PT XYZ, significant influence on the implementation of SMKK is the K3 Discipline variable (X3) with a value of t = 1.976 with sig. 0.057 where < 0.10
