Abstract

Sushi Tei merupakan sebuah restoran Jepang yang telah menjadi salah satu destinasi kulineryang populer di Surabaya. Restoran ini menawarkan pengalaman gastronomi yang unik dengan menyajikan berbagai hidangan Jepang autentik yang meliputi sushi, sashimi, ramen,dan berbagai hidangan khas Jepang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengalaman kuliner di Sushi Tei Surabaya, mengidentifikasi variasi menu yang ditawarkan, serta mengeksplorasi aspek lain seperti suasana, pelayanan, dan kualitas makanan yang ditawarkan oleh restoran ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pengunjung, dan penelusuran ulasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sushi Tei di Surabaya menawarkan beragam menu Jepang yang segar dan autentik. Keberagaman pilihan menu, kualitas bahan baku yang tinggi, dan kreativitas dalam penyajian menjadi faktor utama yang membuat restoran ini menarik bagi para pengunjung. Selain itu, suasana restoran yang nyaman dan pelayanan yang ramah turut memberikan pengalaman yang menyenangkan bagi para pelanggan. Meskipun demikian, beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Sushi Tei Surabaya juga teridentifikasi, seperti kepadatan pengunjung pada jam-jam sibuk yang dapat mempengaruhi waktu tunggu dan ketersediaan meja. Dalam penelitian mendatang, peningkatan dalam manajemen antrian dan perluasan kapasitas restoran dapat menjadi fokus untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Kesimpulannya, Sushi Tei di Surabaya menawarkan pengalaman kuliner Jepang yang memikat dengan berbagai pilihan menu yang autentik, kualitas bahan baku yang tinggi, suasana yang nyaman, dan pelayanan yang baik. Upaya untuk terus meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting untuk mempertahankan posisi Sushi Tei sebagai salah satu destinasi kuliner unggulan di Surabaya./ Sushi Tei is a Japanese restaurant that has become one of the popular culinary destinations in Surabaya. The restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience by serving various authentic Japanese dishes including sushi, sashimi, ramen, and other typical Japanese dishes. This study aims to describe the culinary experience at Sushi Tei Surabaya, identify the menu variations offered, and explore other aspects such as atmosphere, service, and food quality offered by this restaurant. Data collection methods used include direct observation, interviews with visitors, and customer review searches. The results show that Sushi Tei in Surabaya offers a variety of fresh and authentic Japanese menus. The diversity of menu choices, high-quality ingredients, and creativity in presentation are the main factors that make this restaurant attractive to visitors. Additionally, the comfortable restaurant atmosphere and friendly service provide a pleasant experience for customers. However, some challenges faced by Sushi Tei Surabaya are also identified, such as crowding during busy hours that can affect waiting times and table availability. In future research, improvements in queue management and restaurant capacity expansion could be a focus to enhance the customer experience. In conclusion, Sushi Tei in Surabaya offers a captivating Japanese culinary experience with various authentic menu options, high-quality ingredients, comfortable atmosphere, and good service. Efforts to continuously improve the customer experience are important to maintain Sushi Tei's position as one of the leading culinary destinations in Surabaya.
