Abstract

Each company must have a lot of system and procedure, so all the employee needs to be given a training. A big company usualy have a part of training division. Also at UPH, each employee have to give orientation training to be able to perform its work aright. CDP UPH as one of department at UPH also give a computer application training for data processing that utilized by employee such as lecturer, administration staff. CDP UPH has got problem which is a lot of employee cause training's performing less planned, less trainer, it’s reporting so slowing. Therefore training's management well registration, performing, and reporting needs to be made by that computerised system include good registration, scheduling, training perform. Computerised system will be easier to manage, reporting and quick been processed. This application is developed by waterfall software process using tools such as Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as interface design, Crystal Report 8.5 for creating a professional report, and SQL Server 2000 that serves as database management system(DBMS). This registration module application of training center that was developed consist of seven programs applications as follows : Master Module, Master Training, Master ParticipantType, Master Participant, Participant Recapitulation, Training Center Website. Those applications are related to each other and every application have report to delivery at UPH.
