Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Entrepreneurial Orientation dengan Green Radical Innovation dan Green Incremental Innovation, menganalisis pengaruh Supply Chain Learning dengan Green Radical Innovation dan Green Incremental Innovation serta pengaruh Green Entrepreneurial Orientation dengan Supply Chain Learning. Lalu menganalisis pengaruh Supply Chain Learning dapat memediasi pengaruh Green Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Green Radical Innovation dan memediasi pengaruh Green Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Green Incremental Innovation. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner pada 160 responden yang menerapkan proses inovasi hijau yang ada di Indonesia dengan purposive sampling. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh hipotesis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel Green Entrepreneurial Orientation, Green Radical Innovation, Supply Chain Learning dan Green Incremental Innovation. / This study aim to analyze the influence of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation with Green Radical Innovation and Green Incremental Innovation, Supply Chain Learning with Green Radical Innovation and Green Incremental Innovation and Green Entrepreneurial Orientation with Supply Chain Learning. Then analyze the effect of Supply Chain Learning can mediate the effect of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation on Green Radical Innovation and mediate the effect of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation on Green Incremental Innovation. This study is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents who implement the green innovation process in Indonesia with purposive sampling. The conclusion of this study is that all hypotheses have a positive and significant effect on the variables of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation, Green Radical Innovation, Supply Chain Learning and Green Incremental Innovation.
