Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keefektifan edukasi wirausaha, latar belakang keluarga wirausaha, dan kepribadian wirausaha terhadap intensi wirausaha. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. Awal penelitian dengan menggunakan data BPS bahwa intensi wirausaha kepada mahasiswa generasi muda itu tergolong sangat sedikit. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta mengambil sampel sebanyak 215 responden. Pengambilan sampel tersebut dengan dibagikan kuesioner digital kepada mahasiswa – mahasiswa di Jabodetabek. Data yang didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner itu dianalisis dengan metode Partial – Least Square -Structural Equation Modelling. Dengan software SmartPLS. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah uji One-Tailed, yaitu 1.645 dengan signifikan 0.05. hasil dari pengujian tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa keefektifan edukasi wirausaha sangat pengaruh kepada intensi wirausaha, kepribadian wirausaha sangat pengaruh kepada intensi wirausaha, dan Latar belakang keluarga wirausaha tidak terlalu pengaruh dengan intensi wirausaha. Implikasi Manajerial dengan memberikan rekomendasi kepada universitas dengan mendalamkan materi kewirausahaan, meningkatkan peluang magang kepada mahasiswa dan menambahkan kurikulum praktik. / This research aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial education effectiveness, family entrepreneurial background, and entrepreneurial personality on entrepreneurial intention. The object of this study is students in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The initial research, based on BPS data, indicates that entrepreneurial intention among young generation students is relatively low. The sampling technique used is quantitative method with 215 respondents sampled. The sampling process involved distributing digital questionnaires to students in the Greater Jakarta area. The data collected from the questionnaire responses were analyzed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling with SmartPLS software. The statistical testing used in this research is the One-Tailed test, with 1.645 significance at 0.05 level. The results of the testing indicate that entrepreneurial education effectiveness significantly influences entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial personality significantly influences entrepreneurial intention, while family entrepreneurial background has less influence on entrepreneurial intention. The managerial implications suggest recommendations to universities to deepen entrepreneurship material, increase internship opportunities for students, and add practical curriculum components.
