Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Entrepreneurship Education terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Entrepreneurship Education terhadap Entrepreneurial Attitudes. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Entrepreneurship Attitudes terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions. Untuk mengetahui peran Gender dalam memoderasi pengaruh Entrepreneurship Education terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions dimana laki-laki mempunyai hubungan yang lebih kuat hubungan dibandingkan wanita. Pada penelitian ini memakai metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah anggota sampel adalah 18 X 4 variabel atau 72, karena dalam penelitian ini terdapat 4 variabel. Menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap niat dan sikap kewirausahaan individu. Sikap kewirausahaan juga berkontribusi pada pembentukan niat kewirausahaan, menciptakan landasan psikologis yang kuat untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas wirausaha. Gender tidak memoderasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan, menunjukkan bahwa efek pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak berbeda secara signifikan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam sampel penelitian ini./ The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions. To determine the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Attitudes. To determine the influence of Entrepreneurship Attitudes on Entrepreneurial Intentions. To determine the role of Gender in moderating the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions, where men have a stronger relationship than women. This research uses a quantitative research methodology. The number of sample members is 18 X 4 variables or 72, because in this study there are 4 variables. Using the purposive sampling method in this research. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship education has a significant positive influence on individual entrepreneurial intentions and attitudes. An entrepreneurial attitude also contributes to the formation of entrepreneurial intentions, creating a strong psychological foundation for engaging in entrepreneurial activities. Gender does not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, indicating that the effect of entrepreneurship education does not differ significantly between men and women in this research sample.
