Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu solusi bagi permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi yang dihadapi negara Indonesia. Namun tingkat kewirausahaan di Indonesia masih sangat rendah, hanya 3.47% dari total populasi Indonesia, sebesar 18.46% merupakan wirausaha muda. Salah satu kunci utama sebagai komponen penunjang kewirausahaan muda perempuan adalah entrepreneurial intention. Penelitian bertujuan untuk pengaruh access to finance, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, attitude toward entrepreneurship terhadap entrepreneurial ability pada mahasiswi Universitas Pelita Harapan, dan pengaruh entrepreneurial ability terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswi Universitas Pelita Harapan. Perceived access to finance adalah kemampuan pengusaha untuk mengakses dan memanfaatkan berbagai layanan keuangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu nonprobability dengan tipe purposive sampling. Penelitian mendapatkan data yang bersumber dari 226 responden, dari kuesioner online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan program SmartPLS 4. Sebagai hasilnya seluruh hipotesis yaitu H1, H2, H3, dan H4 diterima. Penelitian berhasil membuktikan bahwa access to finance, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, attitude toward entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial ability. Selanjutnya, entrepreneurial ability berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswi Universitas Pelita Harapan.
