Abstract

Pihak perusahaan atau organisasi yang telah melakukan program pengembangan SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan efektivitas organisasi. Program pengembangan SDM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas karyawan, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan mengurangi tingkat turnover karyawan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan efektivitas organisasi meliputi pelatihan atau training, pengembangan karir, peningkatan kualitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. / The company or organization has implemented an HRD development program. The research results indicate that HRD development has a positive impact on employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Effective HRD development programs can enhance employee quality, increase productivity, and reduce employee turnover rates. Factors influencing employee performance and organizational effectiveness include training, career development, improving job quality, and conducive work environments.
