Abstract

A creative space is a place where communities or groups of individuals who share the same hobbies, interests, and thoughts can develop ideas and exchange opinions. Toy artists belonging to the creative communities require space to exhibit, produce, and promote their new works. Additionally, it is crucial that artists, particularly those from the local community, have the opportunity to have their work promoted and displayed so that it can be better understood and appreciated in relation to contemporary-style toys. The Museum of Toys holds a variety of modern toys designed by local as well as global artisans. Museum of Toys strives to exhibit the creations of local as well as foreign artists, including Arkiv Vilmansa, Darbotz, and Muklay. As a provider of art toys, Museum of Toys grants licenses to local artists, providing them with the means to market and sell their artwork. Although the Museum of Toys maintains a relationship with the toy artist community, their attention is not solely directed toward the community's artists; rather, they prioritizes visitor engagement through interactive activities that foster a more personal connection with the art collections. Following the principles outlined in Suzanne M.'s "Museum Making: Narratives, Architecture, Exhibitions" (2012), the mesoscopic narratives approach includes creating a gallery that delvesinto an extensive array ofsubjects, thereby facilitating direct visitor interaction with the museum collection. By implementing this methodology in conjunction with the six tiers of the narrative framework of the Freytag pyramid, it is expected that the museum will not only captivate visitors but also impart an indelible experience.
