Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Personal attitude towards entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif pada Entrepreneurial Intentions pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan, apakah Subjective Norms berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions terhadap Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan, apakah Perception of Behavioral Control berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan, untuk mengetahui apakah Diverse learning environment berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan, untuk mengetahui apakah Diverse learning environment berpengaruh positif terhadap Personal attitude towards entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan, untuk mengetahui apakah Diverse learning environment berpengaruh positif terhadap Subjective Norms pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan, untuk mengetahui apakah Diverse learning environment berperngaruh positif terhadap Perception of Behavioral Control pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 160 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa yang mengambil penjurusan entrepreneurship dan mengambil mata pelajaran entrepreneurship di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perception of Behavioral Control tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan pada Entrepreneurial Intentions, Diverse learning environment berpengaruh positif signifikan pada Entrepreneurial Intentions, Diverse learning environment berpengaruh positif signifikan pada Personal attitude towards entrepreneurship, Diverse learning environment Entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif signifikan pada Subjective Norms, Diverse learning environment berpengaruh positif signifikan pada Perception of Behavioral Control. / This research aims to find out whether Personal attitude towards entrepreneurship has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Pelita Harapan University Students, to find out whether Subjective Norms have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Pelita Harapan University Students, to find out whether Perception of Behavioral Control has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Pelita Harapan University Students, to find out whether the Diverse learning environment has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Pelita Harapan University Students, to find out whether the Diverse learning environment has a positive effect on Personal attitude towards entrepreneurship in Pelita Harapan University Students, to find out whether the Diverse learning environment has a positive effect on Subjective Norms among Pelita Harapan University students, to find out whether the diverse learning environment has a positive influence on Perception of Behavioral Control among Pelita Harapan University students. The subjects of this research were 160 respondents who were undergraduate students whos already taken entrepreneurship at Pelita Harapan University. The research method used is quantitative research with sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out with Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of this research show that Perception of Behavioral Control has no significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions, Diverse learning environment has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions, Diverse learning environment Entrepreneurship has a significant positive effect on Personal attitude towards entrepreneurship, Diverse learning environment Entrepreneurship has a significant positive effect on Subjective Norms , Diverse learning environment Entrepreneurship has a significant positive effect on Perception of Behavioral Control.
