Abstract
Intensi berwirausaha sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan jumlah wirausahawan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Pendidikan kewirausahaaan, entrepreneurial attitude, family education, dan environment terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Sample Dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 214 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pelita Harapan yang pernah mendapatkan pendidikan kewirausahaaan. Metode pengambilan sample dilakukan secara purposive sampling kepada mahasiswa uph yang telah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Alat analasis yg digunakan penelitian ini adalah structural equation modelling (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa family education, environment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial attitude. Selain itu, environment dan entrepreneur attitude memiliki pengaruh postitif terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial attitude terbukti menjadi mediasi hubungan antara family education dan environtment terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan untuk merancang model Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis.
