Abstract

Fenomena yang sering terjadi di Indonesia adalah rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat akan pendidikan. Banyak masyarakat yang kurang memperhatikan pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak-anaknya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah lingkungan masyarakat. Hal tersebut mendorong sekolah mengambil peran sebagai jembatan bagi siswa dalam memperoleh pendidikan. Berdasarkan data wawancara, rendahnya minat belajar siswa dalam pendidikan akan berdampak dalam memahami konsep materi. Peran guru sangat penting dalam membantu mendorong minat belajar siswa dalam setiap pembelajaran. Menanggapi hal tersebut, penulis terdorong memberikan gambaran kepada guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri sebagai upaya membantu minat belajar siswa saat proses belajar mengajar. Dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri, penulis menggunakan beberapa metode yang membantu pemahaman siswa baik melalui kelompok dan individu. Pengemasan model pembelajaran tersebut menggunakan kelompok dan individu akan berdampak kepada setiap penilaian yang diambil oleh guru. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan metode baik secara kelompok dan individu membantu minat belajar siswa. Hal tersebut terlihat saat mengemas pembelajaran dengan permainan secara kelompok ataupun melalui Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Penulis menilai pentingnya membangun minat belajar siswa melalui model dan metode yang tepat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu mendorong guru dalam mengemas pembelajaran yang menarik dan memiliki pemahaman sepanjang hayat bagi kehidupan siswa. / A phenomenon that often occurs in Indonesia is the public's low understanding of education. Many people do not pay enough attention to the importance of education for their children. One of the influencing factors is the community environment. This encourages schools to take a role as a bridge for students in obtaining education. Based on interview data, students' low interest in learning in education will have an impact on understanding material concepts. The teacher's role is very important in helping to encourage students' interest in learning in every lesson. In response to this, the author is encouraged to provide teachers with an overview of using the inquiry learning model as an effort to help students' interest in learning during the teaching and learning process. In implementing the inquiry learning model, the author uses several methods that help students' understanding both through groups and individually. Packaging the model using groups and individuals has an impact on every assessment taken by the teacher. The results obtained show that the inquiry learning model using both group and individual methods helps students' interest in learning. This can be seen when packaging learning with games in groups or through Student Worksheets (LKPD). The author assesses the importance of building students' interest in learning through appropriate models and methods used in learning. Apart from that, it encourages teachers to package learning that is interesting and has lifelong understanding for students' lives.
