Abstract

Siswa kelas v merupakan anak dengan usia 10-11 tahun. Pada tahapan ini, siswa sudah mampu mengenali, mengingat, dan memahami materi yang telah dipelajari. Siswa sudah dapat menerapkan apa yang telah di dapatkan dalam pembelajaran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mempelajari topik lingkungan sahabat kita, memperkenalkan siswa akan keteraturan Allah dalam menciptakan alam semesta dan memberikan pemahaman bahwa mereka adalah umat tebusan Allah. Umat tebusan yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab menjaga dan memelihara alam semesta sebagai bentuk ucapan syukur atas keselamatan yang telah Allah berikan. Siswa di dalam kelas masih belum menunjukkan minat belajar dalam pengajaran. Oleh karena itu, guru menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri tahapan Kath Murdoch’s, yang menolong siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dan mengupayakan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Capaian penerapan model pembelajaran ini terlihat ketika siswa di dalam kelas aktif bertanya dan menjawab, serta adanya keseriusan dalam belajar yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penilaian melalui latihan soal, kuis dan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS). Guru menyadari bahwa setiap anak diciptakan dengan gaya belajar beragam dan memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda. Untuk itu, sebaiknya guru memperhatikan setiap kebutuhan siswa dan merancang aktivitas pembelajaran beragam yang melibatkan siswa didalamnya./Class V students are children aged 10-11 years. At this stage, students can recognize, remember, and understand the material they have studied. Students can apply what they have learned in their learning in everyday life. Studying the topic of our friends' environment introduces students to God's order in creating the universe and provides an understanding that they are God's redeemed people. The redeemed people have the duty and responsibility to protect and maintain the universe as a form of thanksgiving for the salvation that God has given. Students in the class still do not show interest in learning or teaching. Therefore, the teacher applies Kath Murdoch's stages of inquiry learning model, which helps students to participate actively and strives for student motivation in participating in learning. The achievements of implementing this learning model can be seen when students in the class actively ask and answer, and there is seriousness in learning as evidenced by the results of assessments through practice questions, quizzes, and Student Worksheets (LKS. Teachers realize that each child is created with diverse learning styles and has different abilities. For this reason, teachers should pay attention to each student's needs and design various learning activities that involve students in them.
