Abstract
Pembelajaran adalah proses individu memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai melalui pengalaman dan pendidikan. Dalam mencapai hasil yang optimal, pendidik perlu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik serta lingkungan belajar, yang mencakup konteks masyarakat, sekolah, dan kelas. Dalam pembelajaran PPKn dengan tema Kita Beragam, tetapi Tetap Satu, pemahaman sepanjang hayat yang ditekankan adalah keberagaman manusia sebagai ciptaan Allah, menghasilkan keberagaman karakteristik yang membentuk identitas individu dan identitas sosial. Pemahaman ini mendorong kita untuk menciptakan komunitas shalom melalui sikap toleransi. Salah satu aspek dari toleransi adalah menghargai ragam budaya, mencakup suku, pakaian, senjata tradisional, makanan, bahasa, lagu, tarian daerah, dan permainan tradisional. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran ini adalah strategi pembelajaran aktif. Salah satu alasan pemilihan strategi ini adalah karena hasil belajar siswa yang rendah. Peninjauan terhadap nilai formatif dan sumatif menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa tersebut mengindikasikan keberhasilan metode pembelajaran aktif yang diterapkan. / Learning is the process of individuals acquiring knowledge, skills, and values through experience and education. In achieving optimal results, educators need to apply learning strategies that are appropriate to the characteristics of students and the learning environment, which includes community, school, and classroom contexts. In Civics learning with the theme, We Are Diverse, but Still One, the lifelong understanding that is emphasized is human diversity as God's creation, resulting in a diversity of characteristics that shape individual identity and social identity. This understanding encourages us to create shalom communities through an attitude of tolerance. One aspect of tolerance is respecting cultural diversity, including ethnicity, clothing, traditional weapons, food, language, songs, regional dances, and traditional games. The approach applied in this learning is an active learning strategy. One of the reasons for choosing this strategy is because student learning outcomes are low. A review of formative and summative scores shows that this strategy is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning outcomes indicates the success of the active learning method applied.
