Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan, pola pikir, dan kreativitas pada mahasiswa Binus Alam Sutera, yang juga disertai oleh peran efikasi diri sebagai mediasi dalam menjalankan wirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, maka penelitian ini akan menggunakan kuisioner dengan total 217 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan, pola pikir, dan kreativitas memiliki pengaruh postif terhadap efikasi diri kewirausahaan. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pola pikir kewirausahaan. Pola pikir dan kreativitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha dengan dimediasi oleh efikasi diri kewirausahaan. Sedangkan pola pikir dengan niat berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh positif. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha dengan dimediasi oleh efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh positif. Dari hasil penelitian ini Binus Alam Sutera dapat meningkatkan pola pikir kewirausahaan mahasiswanya terhadap intensi dan efikasi diri mereka dengan cara sosialiasi alumni yang berwirausaha dan juga dengan dilakukannya program wajib kewirausahaan yang harus dijalankan mahasiswa. / This research aims to discuss the influence of entrepreneurial learning, mindset and creativity on Binus Alam Sutera students, which is also accompanied by the role of self-efficacy as a mediator in carrying out entrepreneurship. This research uses quantitative methods, so this research will use a questionnaire with total of 217 respondents. The results of this research indicate that entrepreneurial learning, mindset, and creativity have a positive influence on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial learning, creativity, and self-efficacy have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial learning has a positive influence on the entrepreneurial mindset. Mindset and creativity have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions, mediated by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Meanwhile, a mindset with entrepreneurial intentions does not have a positive effect. Entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by self-efficacy does not have a positive effect. From the results of this research, Binus Alam Sutera can improve its students' entrepreneurial mindset regarding their intentions and self-efficacy by socializing alumni who are entrepreneurs and also by carrying out mandatory entrepreneurship programs that students must carry out.
