Abstract
Latar belakang pendidikan siswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal (diri sendiri) dan eksternal (masyarakat, sekolah, dan kelas), menampilkan keberagaman yang diatur dalam struktur sistem koordinasi ciptaan Allah. Manusia, sebagai ciptaan Allah, bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan pengetahuan untuk berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan kasus dan permasalahan. Model pembelajaran sistem koordinasi ini menggunakan pendekatan Case Based Learning (CBL), yang melibatkan metode seperti diskusi kelompok, role play, wawancara, dan ceramah interaktif. Dalam implementasi CBL, strategi scaffolding digunakan untuk mendukung siswa dalam pemecahan masalah, diferensiasi latar belakang digunakan untuk mengakomodasi keberagaman kemampuan siswa, dan integrasi teknologi digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pembelajaran. Hasilnya, siswa menjadi mandiri dan mampu berkolaborasi dalam penyelesaian masalah dengan tanggung jawab. Penulis merenung bahwa pendidikan memiliki hubungan erat dengan faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi siswa. Dengan menyadari hal ini, penting bagi pendidik untuk memahami dinamika kompleks dalam lingkungan pembelajaran untuk menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang memadai dan relevan bagi setiap individu. Dengan demikian, pendidikan tidak hanya menjadi proses memperoleh pengetahuan, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitarnya. / Students' educational backgrounds, which are influenced by internal (self) and external factors (society, school and class), display diversity that is regulated in the structure of God's creation of a coordination system. Humans, as God's creation, are responsible for using knowledge to think critically in solving cases and problems. This coordination system learning model uses a Case Based Learning (CBL) approach, which involves methods such as group discussions, role plays, interviews and interactive lectures. In implementing CBL, scaffolding strategies are used to support students in problem solving, background differentiation is used to accommodate the diversity of students' abilities, and technology integration is used to enhance the learning experience. As a result, students become independent and able to collaborate in solving problems responsibly. The author reflects that education has a close relationship with internal and external factors that influence students. Recognizing this, it is important for educators to understand the complex dynamics in the learning environment in order to create adequate and relevant learning experiences for each individual. Thus, education is not only a process of acquiring knowledge, but also the formation of character and the ability to adapt to changes that occur in society and the surrounding environment.
