Abstract

Students were created by God uniquely. Each student has their learning style, as it is in class there are diverse learning styles the teacher encounters, namely kinesthetic, auditory, and visual. A teacher as someone who facilitates learning that fulfils students' needs must provide a diverse learning process. In this class, the teacher implemented various strategies namely storytelling to support the auditory learning style, and games to support kinesthetic and visual learning styles. The teacher also used the quizzes as a strategy to check student’s understanding. Lastly teacher used the one-on-one strategy for students who have specialized conditions. The strategies mentioned above need good planning, hence teachers should prepare and be ready for any situation. Because each student is unique, in classroom management issues teachers must be able to be consistent and objective in applying the rules that have been agreed upon. In providing a diverse learning experience, teachers must see students as Christ sees them, we must bring them into the path to have reconciliation with God and be the blessings for the community. In order to have the students know about Chris, we must first experience Christ.
