Abstract

unemployment rates coming from high school / university graduates and tertiary institutions are increasing due to limited employment. So that additional skills are needed to be able to work. In addition to competing in the world of work, new skills can open up business opportunities. One way to improve skills is to attend non-formal education in the area of life skills. LKP Sanggar Busana Melati is an institution that organizes non-formal education in the field of fashion or sewing. Researchers conducted research on the students of these institutions to see the impact of self-concept, experience and motivation on entrepreneurial competence. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed with SPSS 25. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that self-concept, experience and motivation had a positive influence on the development of entrepreneurial competencies. / Tingkat pengangguran yang berasal dari lulusan SMA/K dan perguruan tinggi semakin meningkat karena keterbatasan lapangan kerja. Sehingga dibutuhkan keterampilan tambahan untuk dapat bekerja. Selain untuk bersaing didunia kerja, dengan keterampilan baru yang dimiliki dapat membuka peluang usaha. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan adalah mengikuti pendidikan non-formal pada bidang keterampilan hidup. LKP Sanggar Busana Melati adalah lembaga yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan non-formal dibidang tata busana atau menjahit. Peneliti melakukan penelitian pada peserta didik lembaga tersebut untuk melihat dampak konsep diri, pengalaman dan motivasi terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara yang kemudian dianalisa dengan spss 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, diperoleh bahwa kosnep diri, pengalaman dan motivasi memberikan pengaruh positif pada pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan.
