Abstract

Biology teacher is one of the teachers who most often follow the development of teacher professionalism at Lentera Harapan Curug Senior High School. Teacher competence in pedagogical, professional and ICT matters is developed through the professionalism development. The improvement in the quality of the program to develop teacher professionalism which aims to develop the competence of Biology teachers is followed by increasing the achievement of student Biology learning outcomes almost every year. There is a pattern shown between Biology teacher competencies and Biology student learning outcomes which then encourages researchers to investigate the influence of pedagogic competence, professional competence, and ICT competence of teachers with Biology learning outcomes of Lentera Harapan Curug Senior High School students. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlation with the research subjects totaling 137 respondents. The analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and regression tests. From the results of the study, it was concluded that (1) teacher professionalism development programs organized by schools or organized by external parties but facilitated by schools help to increase pedagogical competencies, professional competencies, and ICT competencies of Biology teachers, (2) pedagogical competence does not affect Biology student learning outcomes, (3) professional competence does not affect Biology student learning outcomes; and (4) ICT competence does not affect Biology student learning outcomes. / Guru Biologi merupakan salah satu guru yang paling sering mengikuti pengembangan profesionalisme guru di SMA Lentera Harapan Curug. Kompetensi guru dalam hal pedagogik, profesional, dan TIK dikembangkan melalui pengembangan profesionalisme tersebut. Terjadinya perbaikan kualitas program pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru Biologi diikuti dengan peningkatan capaian hasil belajar Biologi siswa hampir di setiap tahunnya. Adanya pola yang ditunjukkan antara kompetensi guru Biologi dengan hasil belajar Biologi siswa yang kemudian mendorong peneliti untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, dan kompetensi TIK guru dengan hasil belajar Biologi siswa SMA Lentera Harapan Curug. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 137 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan (1) program pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah atau diselenggarakan oleh pihak eksternal tetapi difasilitasi sekolah membantu terjadinya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, dan kompetensi TIK guru Biologi, (2) kompetensi pedagogik tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa, (3) kompetensi profesional tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa; dan (4) kompetensi TIK tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Biologi siswa.
