Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kondisi ekonomi makro dan financial constrained terhadap keputusan pembiayaan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 455 perusahaan non finansial yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode 2004 sampai 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penguraian 3 fase komponen utama dari business cycle ekonomi makro, seperti early recovery, robust recovery, dan economic crest, serta windows of opportunity di pasar modal. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, ditunjukkan bahwa kondisi ekonomi makro dan karakteristik perusahaan merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembiayaan perusahaan.
