Abstract

Rumah Sanur is an event based company that organizes number of events. Coworking spaces are available that allows people to use the space for working purposes. The surrounding is built with environmentally friendly products and supported by BEKRAF. Due to that, Rumah Sanur uses the subsectors as a guide in creating events. “SHOWCASE” is an event that consist of music, art, exhibition, workshop and business and occurs from July – December 2019. The use of Event Management Planning Process and Characteristics of event is to plan the event accordingly and allowing to categorize the event using the characteristics. Marketing Communication Mix is applied to do marketing activities that involves promoting the event to specific audience through various elements. Use of New Media is doing the marketing activities, using Instagram as the main social media in promoting events. Using documentation and event reports allows in creating the same event accordingly to the result. Hence, the use of Event Management will be useful in order to create similar/better events in the future and creating better events for the society. / Rumah Sanur adalah perusahaan berbasis acara yang menyelenggarakan sejumlah acara. Tersedia ruang kerja bersama yang memungkinkan orang menggunakan ruang tersebut untuk tujuan kerja. Sekitar dibangun dengan produk ramah lingkungan dan didukung oleh BEKRAF. Karena itu, Rumah Sanur menggunakan subsektor sebagai panduan dalam membuat acara. "SHOWCASE" adalah acara yang terdiri dari musik, seni, pameran, lokakarya dan bisnis dan berlangsung mulai Juli - Desember 2019. Penggunaan Proses Perencanaan Manajemen Acara dan Karakteristik acara adalah untuk merencanakan acara sesuai dan memungkinkan untuk mengkategorikan acara menggunakan karakternya. Bauran Komunikasi Pemasaran diterapkan untuk melakukan kegiatan pemasaran yang melibatkan mempromosikan acara kepada audiens tertentu melalui berbagai elemen. Penggunaan New Media adalah melakukan kegiatan pemasaran, menggunakan Instagram sebagai media sosial utama dalam mempromosikan acara. Menggunakan dokumentasi dan laporan acara memungkinkan dalam membuat acara yang sama sesuai dengan hasilnya. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan Manajemen Acara akan berguna untuk membuat acara serupa / lebih baik di masa depan dan menciptakan acara yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat.
