Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan satu bagian penting, yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam pekerjaan demi kemajuan dan keberhasilan organisasi. Kreativitas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor ekstrinsik diantaranya servant leadership, dukungan tim dan kepercayaan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh servant leadership, dukungan tim dan kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kreativitas guru. Responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 52 guru Sekolah Dasar yang mengajar di Sekolah Dian Harapan Daan Mogot, Jakarta, dimana pada hasil penelitian teridentifikasi kreativitas di dalamnya. Desain penelitian ini berbentuk analisis jalur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa servant leadership mempengaruhi kreativitas secara positif, dukungan tim mempengaruhi kreativitas secara positif, dan kepercayaan organisasi mempengaruhi kreativitas secara positif. / Creativity is a significant part deemed necessary at work for the organization’s growth and success. Creativity is related to many factors, including servant leadership, team support, and organizational trust. The goal of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, team support, and organizational trust on teachers’ creativity. The subjects of this research were 52 teachers who taught in Dian Harapan Elementary School in Daan Mogot, Jakarta, where the creativity was identified in the respondents. Research design used here was path analysis with a quantitative approach. The results showed that servant leadership influenced positively to creativity, team support influenced positively to creativity, and organizational trust influenced positively to creativity.
