Abstract

Mentoring merupakan sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk membimbing suatu komunitas tertentu dalam mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mentoring terhadap penyesuaian diri dan motivasi belajar sebuah komunitas perguruan tinggi, yaitu dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa. Peneliti menggunakan tiga variabel penelitian, diantaranya variabel mentoring, variabel penyesuaian diri serta variabel motivasi belajar. Populasi yang digunakan peneliti adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan Tangerang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling purposive dalam pengambilan sampel. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 207 Mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan Tangerang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan 4 kategori skala likert, yaitu nilai 1 (Sangat Tidak Setuju), nilai 2 (Tidak Setuju), nilai 3 (Setuju), dan nilai 4 (Sangat Setuju). Hasil uji validitas instrumen adalah valid dengan nilai Corrected Item-Total Correlation > r-tabel. Hasil uji reliabilitas adalah reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha berada pada rentang interval 0-1 dan bernilai positif. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain penelitian survei dengan analisis data regresi linear. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa mentoring memiliki pengaruh terhadap penyesuaian diri sebesar 70,7%. Mentoring memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 43,1%. Penyesuaiaan diri memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 54,8%. / Mentoring is a program that aims to guide a particular community in achieving its intended goals. This study aims to determine the effect of mentoring on self-adjustment and learning motivation of a community college, which in this study were students. Researchers used three research variables, including mentoring variables, adjustment variables and learning motivation variables. The population used by researchers is the Students of the Faculty of Nursing, Pelita Harapan University, Tangerang. Researchers used purposive sampling techniques in sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 207 Students of the Faculty of Nursing, Pelita Harapan University, Tangerang. The measuring instrument used in this study was a questionnaire using 4 Likert scale categories, namely value 1 (Strongly Disagree), value 2 (Disagree), value 3 (Agree), and value 4 (Strongly Agree). The instrument validity test results are valid with a Corrected Item-Total Correlation> r-table value. The reliability test results are reliable with Cronbach Alpha values ​​in the range of 0-1 intervals and positive values. This study applies a survey research design with linear regression data analysis. The results showed that mentoring has an influence on adjustment by 70.7%. Mentoring has an influence on learning motivation of 43.1%. Self adjustment has an influence on learning motivation of 54.8%.
