Abstract

Kolam Pemancingan Aromana yang berlokasi di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat adalah kolam pemancingan yang memakai sistem perlombaan galatama. Kolam pemancingan ini menjalankan proses bisnisnya dengan cara manual, yaitu mencatat melalui buku dan kertas. Pendaftaran lomba harus datang di tempat atau melalui telepon. Selain itu, proses pemesanan, perhitungan pesanan, dan daftar pengantaran barang di kantin juga masih menggunakan cara manual. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses bisnis baik dalam bidang perlombaan maupun pemesanan barang. Aplikasi dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan Javascript. Standarisasi pemodelan alur sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Dari penilitian ini, dihasilkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan lomba galatama Kolam Pemancingan Aromana yang dapat memudahkan kegiatan yang dilakukan baik oleh pemancing maupun pengelola kolam pemancingan. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan juga dapat meningkatkan transparansi arus keuangaan perusahaan sehingga mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya kecurangan. / Aromana Fishing Pool is a galatama fishing pool that located at Pontianak, West Borneo that using galatama competition system. Aromana Fishing Pool uses manual methode to run their business process. That means it is still use hand writing in the book or paper to documenting all reports. For the registration for the competition, fisher must come on the spot or registered it by telephone. Ordering, calculation, and delivery of goods in the canteen also still rely on manual methods. Because of that, this study aims to create web-based applications that can help business processes both in the field of competition and ordering goods in the canteen. The application in this research was developed using the Rapid Application Development method. The programming languages used are PHP and Javascript. Standardization of system flow modeling used in this research is Unified Modeling Language (UML). From this research, a web-based application is created for the management of the galatama competition at Aromana Fishing Pool which can facilitate activities carried out by both fishermens and the business owner. The financial statements that produced in this process can also increase the transparency of the company's financial flows so as to reduce the possibility of fraud.
