Abstract

Stress is an inevitable part of human life. When people are less able to adapt between expectations and reality that occurs inside or outside of them, they may continue to feel stress. All types of stress are ultimately caused by a lack of understanding by humans of their own limitations that have an impact on the implementation of their duties and responsibilities within the company. This research was conducted at PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to study, test and analyze the effect of Physiological Symptoms, Psychological Symptoms and Behavioral Symptoms on employee job satisfaction at PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. The theory used in this research is related to job stress theory and employee job satisfaction. In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to employees. The total population is 128 employees and the sample in the study amounted to 97 employees of PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. This study uses a simple random sampling method by taking a number of populations as samples to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. Based on the results of testing the effect of Physiological Symptoms, Psychological Symptoms and Behavioral Symptoms on job satisfaction of PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. Determination coefficient test results obtained adjusted R square value of 0.505, this means that 50.5% of the dependent variable Job Satisfaction (Y) is affected by the independent variable, namely; Physiological Symptoms, Psychological Symptoms and Behavioral Symptoms. While the remaining 49.5% can be explained by other variables that were not used in this study. The conclusion in this study that there are effects of Physiological Symptoms, Psychological Symptoms and Behavioral Symptoms on job satisfaction of PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. / Stress merupakan bagian yang tidak terhindarkan dari kehidupan manusia. Ketika seseorang kurang mampu beradaptasi antara harapan dan kenyataan yang terjadi di dalam atau di luar, mereka mungkin terus akan merasakan stress. Segala jenis stess disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman manusia tentang keterbatasan mereka sendiri yang berdampak pada pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempelajari, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gejala Fisiologis, Gejala Psikologis dan Gejala Perilaku terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawam. Jumlah populasi berjumlah 128 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 97 karyawanPT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan mengambil sejumlah populasi sebagai sampel yang akandiuji menggunakan SPSS. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur variable adalah skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pengaruh Gejala Fisiologis, Gejala Psikologis dan Gejala Perilaku terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh nilai R square yang disesuaikan sebesar 0,505, ini berarti 50,5% dari variable dependen KepuasanKerja (Y) telah dipengaruhi oleh variable independent yaitu; Gejala Fisiologis, Gejala Psikologis dan Gejala Perilaku. Sedangkan sisanya 49,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh Gejala Fisiologis, Gejala Psikologis dan Gejala Perilaku terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Graha Mazindo Mandiri.
