Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the impact of working environment of PT Mulia Tani Jaya on increasing employees job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Mulia Tani jaya, located on Lingkungan I Bukit Tua, Tanjung Selamat, Padang Tualang, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara. This research was conducted of the month of January 2020 – May 2020. The data analysis tool is by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The population is employees at PT Mulia Tani Jaya in 2019, namely as many as 72 employees. This study used simple random sampling method; the sample of this research is 42 respondents (employees) at PT Mulia Tani Jaya. Data research method used in this research is quantitative method. The research method was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Technique of data analysis used are descriptive statistic and simple linear regression test. Based on SPSS analysis, work environment has positive impact to job satisfaction at PT Mulia Tani Jaya. The result of correlation of determination is 0,717 or 71,7% means that the impact of work environment in shaping employees job satisfaction is equal to 71,7% while the remaining 28.3% is affected by other factors that are not analyzed in this research. The result of the research shows that work environment has impact on job satisfaction with tcount 10.068 which is bigger than ttable 2.02108. the result of hypothesis t-test shown that h0 is rejected means that there is an impact of work environment towards job satisfaction at PT Mulia Tani Jaya./ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui dampak lingkungan kerja PT Mulia Tani Jaya terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Mulia Tani Jaya, berlokasi di Lingkungan Bukit I, Tanjung Selamat, Padang Tualang, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Januari 2020 - Mei 2020. Alat analisis data adalah dengan SPSS (Solusi Produk dan Layanan Statistik). Populasi adalah karyawan di PT Mulia Tani Jaya pada tahun 2019, yaitu sebanyak 72 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling; Sampel penelitian ini adalah 42 responden (karyawan) di PT Mulia Tani Jaya. Metode penelitian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis SPSS, lingkungan kerja memiliki dampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT Mulia Tani Jaya. Hasil korelasi determinasi adalah 0,717 atau 71,7% berarti bahwa dampak lingkungan kerja dalam membentuk kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 71,7% sedangkan sisanya 28,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan thitung 10,068 yang lebih besar dari ttabel 2,02108. Hasil uji t hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa h0 ditolak berarti ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT Mulia Tani Jaya.
