Abstract

Anak merupakan anugerah ciptaan Tuhan yang dipercayakan kepada kita untuk menghidupi dan memenuhi kebutuhannya serta menjaga dan melindungi anak dari tindakan kekerasan. Namun banyak tindakan kekerasan terhadap anak yang masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Oleh karna itu timbul suatu permasalahan terkait dengan keputusan PN Sidoarjo yang memberikan putusan kepada anggota satpol PP yang telah melakukan tindakan kekerassan terhadap anak dibawah umur yaitu N Skripsi ini menggunakan metodelogi Statue Approach,, Doctrinal Approach, Case Approach, Hasil pembahasan dalam skripsi ini sesusai dengan undangan-undangan Perlindungan Anak menyatakan bahwa keputusan PN Sidoarjo belum sesuai dan melanggar pasal 80 ayat (1) Undang-undang Perlindungan Anak yang terkait dengan sanksi bagi orang yang terkait dengan tindakan kekerasan anak / Children are God creation that are entrusted to us to support and fulfill their needs and protect and protect children from acts of violence. However, many acts of violence against children still occur in Indonesia. Therefore, a problem arises related to the Sidoarjo District Court decision which gives a decision to a member of the Satpol PP who has committed acts of violence against a minor, namely N This thesis uses the Statue Approach, Doctrinal Approach, Case Approach, The results of the discussion in this thesis are in accordance with the Child Protection legislation which states that the Sidoarjo District Court's decision is not yet appropriate and violates Article 80 paragraph (1) of the Child Protection Law which is related to sanctions for persons associated with acts of child violence.
