Abstract

Dak Dak Salted Egg adalah suatu merek produk makanan ringan terbaru dari perusahaan PT. Pendekar Dua Nama. Dalam melakukan operasional bisnisnya, Dak Dak Salted Egg membuat sistem distributor dan reseller untuk membantu menjual produk-produk yang telah diproduksi demi memaksimalkan keuntungan yang didapat oleh perusahaan dengan memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan volume transaksi. Hingga saat ini, Dak Dak Salted Egg masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk mengatur data-data distributor dan juga reseller. Semua pendataan transaksi masih menggunakan arsip kertas sehingga perlu melakukan proses input ulang untuk menyimpan data digital. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, Tugas Akhir ini akan membahas sebuah sistem usulan yaitu pengelolaan data distributor dan reseller. Dalam sistem usulan, pihak yang ingin mendaftar menjadi distributor dan reseller dapat mendaftar secara online dan juga mengakses data-data dan informasi yang diperlukan. Sistem usulan juga akan melakukan pendataan untuk transaksi yang dilakukan agar dapat menghasilkan laporan-laporan yang dapat digunakan untuk perusahaan Dak Dak Salted Egg dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metodologi pegembangan sistem Rapid Application Development (RAD) yaitu metode prototyping yang dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP versi 7.4.10. Pemodelan yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah UML 2.5 yaitu use case diagram, table relationship diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil akhir dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi pengelolaan data distributor dan reseller dalam bentuk laporan aktifitas baik bagi pihak distributor maupun bagi pihak perusahaan yang telah diuji oleh pihak perusahaan langsung. Sistem disimpulkan telah mencapai fungsi yang diminta dengan baik namun selalu ada ruang untuk peningkatan. / Dak Dak Salted Egg is a brand of a new snack product from PT. Pendekar Dua Nama. In conducting its business operations, Dak Dak Salted Egg creates a distributor and reseller system to help sell products in order to maximize company profits by expanding the market and increasing the volume of transactions. Unfortunately, Dak Dak Salted Egg still uses a manual system to manage distibution and reseller data. All transaction data which have been collected are archived in the form of paper and consequently requires to be re-inputted in digital form. Based on these problems, this final project will discuss a proposed system of distributor and reseller data management. Parties who wish to register to become distributors and resellers can register online and also access the required data and information. The system will also collect transaction data to produce reports that can be used for company’s decision makings. Development of application uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, namely a prototyping method built using the PHP programming language version 7.4.10. The modeling used in the development of the application is UML 2.5, namely use case diagrams, table relationship diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this final project is a distributor and reseller data management information system application in the form of activity reports for both the distributor and the company which has been tested by the company directly. In conclusion, the system has completed all the necessary functions and is functioning properly but there is always room for improvement.
