In a construction project, leadership is a very important matter to be studied especialy to improve the performance of a sustainable construction process. The right leadership of the construction process is an effort to achieve the success of a project. The stages of the construction process leadership focus on what leaders should do at each stage of the construction process so that the right construction process leadership is created to achieve the success of a project. The problems examined in this study include how the process of construction in PT. X, what is the project leadership context studied, what are the factors and variable stages of project leadership, what are the results of project leadership analysis and what research recommendations to improve project leadership management at PT. X. This study examines how the process of building construction projects in PT. X, the project leadership context, factors and leadership variables of the construction process, results from the leadership analysis of the construction process and research recommendations to improve the performance of a sustainable construction process. The methodology used in this study is a study of issues, identification of research problems, literature studies, analysis and discussion. The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative research methods. From the results of this study, a preliminary study that is useful for improving project leadership performance at PT. X. The results of the leadership analysis in this study, obtained 3 main factors that must always be improved in the process of organizing school buildings in PT. X: the leader controls the project activities by 60.9%. The leadership appoints a team to make a report on progress of the project progress by17.1% and the project leader help to realize all changes in project planning by 4.2%. / Dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi, kepemimpinan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dikaji apalagi untuk meningkatkan kinerja proses konstruksi yang berkelanjutan. Kepemimpinan proses konstruksi yang tepat merupakan upaya untuk mencapai keberhasilan sebuah proyek. Tahapan kepemimpinan proses konstruksi berfokus pada apa yang seharusnya pemimpin lakukan dalam setiap tahapan proses konstruksi sehingga tercipta kepemimpinan proses konstruksi yang tepat untuk mencapai keberhasilan sebuah proyek. Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini mencakup bagaimana proses pelaksanaan konstruksi di PT.X, apa konteks kepemimpinan proyek yang dikaji, apa saja faktor dan variabel tahapan kepemimpinan proyek, apa hasil dari analisis kepemimpinan proyek dan apa rekomendasi penelitian untuk meningkatkan manajemen kepemimpinan proyek di PT. X. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana proses pelaksanaan konstruksi proyek bangunan gedung di PT.X, konteks kepemimpinan proyek, faktor dan variabel kepemimpinan proses konstruksi, hasil dari analisis kepemimpinan proses konstruksi dan rekomendasi penelitian untuk meningkatkan kinerja proses konstruksi yang berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian issue, identifikasi permasalahan penelitian, kajian pustaka, analisis dan pembahasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini akan direkomendasikan suatu kajian awal yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja kepemimpinan proyek di PT. X. Hasil analisis kepemimpinan pada penelitian ini yaitu, didapatkan 3 faktor utama yang harus selalu ditingkatkan dalam proses penyelenggaraan bangunan gedung sekolah di PT.X: pimpinan melakukan kontrol terhadap kegiatan/aktivitas proyek sebesar 60.9 %. Pimpinan menunjuk tim untuk membuat laporan tentang kemajuan proyek (progress) sebanyak 17.1 % dan pimpinan proyek membantu merealisasikan segala perubahan perencanaan proyek sebanyak 4.2 %.
