Abstract

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0, terjadi dirupsi dalam dunia di dalam evolusi internet dan teknologi yang semakin cepat dan canggih. Revolusi dipercepat dengan terjadinya pandemi COVID-19, sehingga menyebabkan perubahan perilaku masyarakat secara signifikan, dari yang sebelumnya berbelanja di offline, kini menjadi berbelanja di online. Menghadapi fenomena ini, para pelaku bisnis dan masyarakat harus bisa beradaptasi dengan teknologi dengan cepat dan tepat. PT. NoonaKu Desain Indonesia atau lebih dikenal dengan brand NoonaKu Signature adalah brand lokal fesyen asli Indonesia yang menyediakan produk dan jasa sadang murah berkualitas bagi Indonesia dan dunia, menyikapi fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, dengan menerapkan Inbound Marketing menggunakan The Flywheel Model untuk mengetahui cara mengubah customers dari strangers menjadi promoters hingga akhirnya menjadi loyal customers bahkan raving fans. NoonaKu menggunakan sosial media Instagram dan e-commerce Shopee sebagai platform online utama dalam pengimplementasiannya. Beberapa program yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat engagement content, live sale, pembuatan filter di Instagram, dan lain – lain. Hasil implementasi yang telah dilakukan pada Instagram dan Shopee, akan dipakai sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk tahun mendatang, guna memberikan high quality & unforgettable shopping experiences yang lebih baik bagi customer. Sehingga, perusahaan mampu mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa kebutuhan customer dengan lebih baik, tepat sasaran, efektif, dan efisien./In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, there was a world eruption in the evolution of the internet and technology that was getting faster and more sophisticated. The revolution was accelerated by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, causing a significant change in people's behavior, from previously shopping offline to shopping online. Facing this phenomenon, business people and society must be able to adapt to technology quickly and precisely.PT. NoonaKu Desain Indonesia or better known as the NoonaKu Signature brand is a local original Indonesian fashion brand that provides quality low-cost products and services for Indonesia and the world, responding to the current phenomenon, by implementing Inbound Marketing using The Flywheel Model to find out how to change customers from Stranger became promoters until finally they became loyal customers and even raving fans. NoonaKu uses Instagram social media and e-commerce Shopee as the online main platform in implementation. Some of the programs carried out are by creating engagement content, live sales, creating filters on Instagram, and others.The results of the implementation that have been carried out on Instagram and Shopee, will be used as evaluation material for the coming year, in order to provide high quality & unforgettable better shopping experiences for customers. Thus, the company is able to identify and analyze needs customer in a better, right on target, effective, and efficient.
