Abstract

Fungsi Public Relations pada sebuah perusahan yaitu sebagai sarana memberikan penerangan dan pendapat kepada masyarakat, membina hubungan yang harmonis dengan melakukan persuasi dalam membangun hubungan dengan publik eksternal dan internal perusahaan, serta menciptakan komunikasi dua arah agar mendapatkan informasi balik. Begitu juga dengan Public Relations di perusahaan PT. Pertamina (Persero). Tujuan dari magang ini yaitu agar mampu menerapkan teori-teori yang telah diperoleh mahasiswa dalam bangku perkuliahan, mendapatkan pengalaman praktek di lingkungan kerja nyata, dan membuka wawasan mahasiswa terutama di bidang Public Relations. Adapun uraian yang akan dijelaskan dalam laporan magang ini adalah bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan oleh Public Relations PT. Pertamina (Persero) dalam rangka membina hubungan dengan Stakeholder yaitu membuat sasaran keputusan, membuat tujuan program, menentukan kebijakan atau aturan untuk menentukan taktik, dan memutuskan strategi yang akan digunakan. Berdasarkan kegiatan magang yang dilakukan Penulis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Public Relations PT. Pertamina (Persero) membuat keputusan mengenai suatu sasaran semua keputusan diserahkan kepada pimpinan perusahaan yang tujuan utamanya menarik stakeholder agar tertarik untuk melakukan kerja sama bisnis. PT. Pertamina (Persero) mempunyai beberapa identifikasi khalayak dalam proses pengelolaan terhadap stakeholder./ The function of public relations in a company is the means of lighting and opinions to the public, fostering harmonious relationships by persuading in building relationships with external and internal public companies, and create two-way communication for information. So also with Public Relations at the company PT. Pertamina (Persero). The purpose of this apprenticeship is to be able to apply the theories that have been generated by students in the lecture bench, real working experience in the field of work, and open. The description will be described in this internship report is a strategy conducted by Public Relations PT. Pertamina (Persero) in order to foster relationships with Stakeholders are making decisions, creating program goals, determine the decisions or strategies to be used. Based on internship activities conducted Writer, can be concluded from Public Relations PT. Pertamina (Persero) makes a decision on a goal of all decisions to the head of the company whose purpose is for stakeholders to be interested in doing business cooperation. PT. Pertamina (Persero) has several identification audiences in the process of managing the stakeholders.
