Beberapa mahasiswa kesehatan di Universitas Pelita Harapan melakukan perilaku merokok. Hal ini bertentangan dengan peraturan yang dicanangkan di Universitas Pelita Harapan dan perilaku merokok ini mempengaruhi citra diri mahasiswa kesehatan. Faktor yang diduga memicu perilaku merokok mahasiswa adalah faktor pengetahuan, faktor bersikap, faktor nilai dan faktor keyakinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan faktor predisposisi dengan perilaku merokok pada mahasiswa kesehatan di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kesehatan di Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan populasi 925 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 31 mahasiswa kesehatan. Analisis data menggunakan uji bivariat Didapatkan hasil tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku merokok (p=0,J71), tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku merokok (p=0,409), tidak ada hubungan antara nilai dengan perilaku merokok (p=524), dan tidak ada hubungan antara keyakinan dengan perilaku merokok (p=0,768) yang dilakukan mahasiswa kesehatan di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti hubungan faktor pendukung dan faktor penguat yang mungkin mempengaruhi perilaku merokok mahasiswa kesehatan di Universitas Pelita Harapan./ Some medical students at the University of Pelita Harapan do the smoking behavior. This research using correlative quantitative study design. Respondents of this research is medical student at the University of Pelita Harapan, the population of this research is 925 students and the sample of this research is 31 medical students. Analysis of data is using bivariate test and the results is no relationship between knowledge with smoking behavior (p 0.171), there is no relationship between attitudes with smoking behavior (p 0.409), there is no relationship between value with the smoking behavior (p = 524/ and there is no relationship between belief with smoking behavior (p ----- 0.768), which conducted medical student at the University of Pelita Harapan. Recommendations for further research are expected to examine the relationship of enabling factors and reinforcing factors that may influence the smoking behavior of medical students at the University of Pelita Harapan
