Abstract
Sikap dan peran perawat saat berhadapan dengan pasien serta melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi secara professional merupakan hal penting dalam upaya pencapaian kepuasan pelayanan kepada pasien. Berdasarkan pengalaman peneliti terhadap pasien yang berobat di ETC SHKJ, jumlah komplain pasien semakin ineningkat. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja perawat dengan kepuasan pasien tentang pelayanan perawat di ruangan ETC SHKJ. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan metode accidental sampling kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien yang datang ke ETC SHKJ. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji Pearson chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 62% berpendapat bahwa perawat berkinerja baik, 8% perawat berkinerja kurang. 86% merasa puas dan 14% tidak puas terhadap pelayanan perawat. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan ( p value = 0,002) antara kinerja perawat dengan kepuasan pasien yang berarti semakin tinggi kinerja perawat maka kepuasan pasien tentang pelayanan perawat juga semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi dorongan untuk memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas. / The attitude and the role of nurses when dealing with patients and carry out the duties and functions of a professional is essential in achieving the satisfaction of service to patients. Based on the experience of patients who seek treatment researcher at ETC SHKJ, increasing the number of patient complaints. Thus this study aims to determine the relationship of the performance of nurses with patient satisfaction about care nurse in the room SHKJ ETC. The study design used quantitative descriptive. Samples were taken with accidental sampling method to patients or families of patients who come to the ETC SHKJ. Instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Pearson chi-square test. The results of this study showed that 62% thought that the nurse is performing well, 8% of nurses performing less. 86% were satisfied and 14% dissatisfied with the services nurse. There is a significant relationship (p value = 0.002) between the performance of nurses with patient satisfaction which means that the higher the performance of nurses on patient satisfaction of nursing care is also increasing. The study is expected to be a boost to provide quality nursing care.
