Abstract
Makanan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan tubuh manusia. Makanan yang dikonsumsi harus memiliki manfaat untuk tubuh seperti makanan sehat. Makanan sehat adalah makanan yang mengandung banyak nutrisi serta zat yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Almond merupakan makanan yang mengandung beragam nutrisi yang dibutuhkan tubuh termasuk vitamin E dan dilengkapi dengan berbagai nutrisi penting lainnya yang memiliki peran positif bagi tubuh sehingga kebutuhan tubuh akan nutrisi dapat terpenuhi. Almond dapat digunakan dalam berbagai macam resep dalam makanan. Salah satu cara agar masyarakat dapat mengonsumsi makanan secara lezat dan sehat adalah dengan membuat buku resep berbahan dasar tepung almond tanpa mengubah cita rasa aslinya. Tepung almond adalah tepung yang terbuat dari kacang almond mengandung tinggi protein serta bebas gluten dan rendah karbohidrat. Maka dari itu masyarakat dapat mengonsumsi makanan yang enak tanpa khawatir. Kue kering banyak digemari oleh anak-anak maupun dewasa. Kue Lidah Kucing adalah kue kering yang paling banyak diminati bagi segala kalangan. Kue ini bertekstur kasar, renyah, dan rasanya yang manis menjadikan kue ini cemilan favorit. Pelatihan variasi olahan tepung almond ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa angkatan 2020 Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan, Jakarta. Bekerjasama dengan pihak Himpunan Mahasiswa Pengelolaan Perhotelan yang diadakan melalui webminar. / Food is esential for human bodies. Food that will be consume have to be beneficial for bodies such as healthy food. Healthy food is the food that contains several nutritions and substances that are needed by the human bodies. Almond is the example of healthy food that contains several nutritions such as vitamin E and other type of nutritions that have a good impact towards the human body in order to fulfill the body's nutritional requirements. Almond can be used as the ingredients for several food recipes. By making several food variations from almond flour is one of the best way to make sure that the society can consume healthy and delicious food at the same time. Almond flour is a type of flour that made from high protein, gluten free and low carbs almond. From that, the society can consume this food variation without any guilty. Pastries are popular among all ages. Kue lidah kucing is one the example of those pastry that are popular among all ages. It has a hard and crunchy texture with a hint of sweetness so it become all ages favourite's snack. The training program of the food variation from almond flour is done via/through webinar by collaborating with the student association for the Hospitality Management program from Tourism Faculty of Pelita Harapan University batch 2020.
