Abstract
Pada sebuah perusahaan, karyawan sering kali berhadapan dengan berbagai masalah yang dapat menjadikan pemicu seseorang mengalami stres. Stres yang tidak ditangani dengan baik akan mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan individu dalam berinteraksi secara positif dengan lingkungannya baik dalam lingkungan pekerjaan maupun lingkungan di luarnya berdampak pada perusahaan. Stres kerja di definisikan sebagai sebuah respon adaptif terhadap keadaan yang menantang atau mengancam ketentraman individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran stres kerja pada PT Camiloplas Jaya Makmur.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode pursposive sampling, dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 50 karyawan PT Camiloplas Jaya Makmur yang berada pada departemen produksi, quality control dan maintenance. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan alat ukur stres kerja yang telah diadaptasi dari teori Robbins (2015).
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 78% karyawan yang bekerja di PT Camiloplas Jaya Makmur berada pada kategori stres kerja yang rendah, 22% karyawan berada pada kategori stres kerja yang sedang dan 0% karyawan yang berada pada kategori stres kerja yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat bahwa karyawan yang cenderung berada pada kategori stres kerja yang sedang berada pada departemen produksi yaitu sebesar 25% / In a company, employees are often faced with various problems that can trigger a person to experience stress. Stress that is not handled properly will result in the individual's inability to interact positively with the environment both in the work environment and the environment outside which has an impact on the company. Job stress is defined as an adaptive response to situations that challenge or threaten individual peace. This study aims to describe the work stress at PT Camiloplas Jaya Makmur.
Data collection was done by using pursposive sampling method, by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of PT Camiloplas Jaya Makmur who are in the production, quality control and maintenance department. The measuring instrument used in this study is to use a work stress measurement tool that has been adapted from the Robbins theory (2015).
The results showed that as many as 78% of employees who work at PT Camiloplas Jaya Makmur are in the low work stress category, 22% of employees are in the medium work stress category and 0% employees are in the high work stress category. Based on the results obtained, that employees who tend to be in the job stress category who are in the production department are 25%
