Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 secara resmi dideklarasikan oleh World Health Organization (WHO) sebagai wabah virus corona atau yang dikenal sebagai Covid-19 yang menyebar secara luas di dunia (Komite Penanganan Covid-19 dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional, 2020). Situasi sekarang ini, menyebabkan hadirnya tantangan baru dan telah merubah pandangan hidup untuk menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan. Berdasarkan situasi yang terjadi sekarang ini mendorong kita untuk meminimalisirkan penyebaran Covid-19. Saat masa pandemi berlangsung, kegiatan bersosialisasi yang berada di restoran mengalami disrupsi yang mengakibatkan industri tidak berjalan seperti biasanya dan mengalami penurunan kunjungan pada restoran. Dengan itu restoran-restoran sekarang perlu meingkatkan kualitas pengalaman untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan merupakan keadaan yang ditujukan oleh konsumen ketika mereka menyadari bahwa kebutuhan dan keinginan terpenuhi secara baik. Untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan maka diperlukanya adaptasi baru dengan meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman yang diberikan oleh restoran melalui faktor Kebersihan, Kesehatan, Keamanan, dan Kelestarian Lingkungan sebagai acuan dasar agar dapat beradaptasi dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor Kebersihan, Kesehatan, Keamanan, dan Kelestarian Lingkungan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di lima restoran Chinese Food di Tangerang Selatan. Objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah 181 responden yaitu pengunjung dari Restoran Chinese Food di Tangerang Selatan. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukann pada lima restoran Chinese Food di Tangerang Selatan yaitu Lamian Palace, Putien, Jun Njan, The Duck King, dan Singapore Koo Kee. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasi atau kausal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kebersihan, Kesehatan, Keamanan, dan Kelestarian Lingkungan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di lima restoran chinese food Tangerang Selatan. / The Covid-19 pandemic was officially declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an outbreak of the corona virus or known as Covid-19 which has spread widely in the world (Komite Penanganan Covid-19 dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional, 2020). The current situation has created new challenges and has changed the way of life to maintain health and cleanliness. Based on the current situation, it encourages us to minimize the spread of Covid-19. During the pandemic period, socializing activities in restaurants experienced a disruption which resulted in the industry not running as usual and experiencing a decrease in restaurant visits. With that, restaurants now need to improve the quality of the experience to achieve customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a condition aimed at by consumers when they realize that their needs and wants are well fulfilled. To achieve customer satisfaction, new adaptations are needed by improving the quality of the experience provided by restaurants through the factors of cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability as basic references in order to adapt to clean and healthy living habits. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the factors of hygiene, health, safety, and environmental sustainability on customer satisfaction in five Chinese food restaurants in South Tangerang. The research object in this study were 181 respondents, namely visitors of the Chinese Food Restaurant in South Tangerang. The questionnaires were distributed to five Chinese Food restaurants in South Tangerang, namely Lamian Palace, Putien, Jun Njan, The Duck King, and Singapore Koo Kee. This type of research used correlation or causal quantitative research methods. The results showed that there was a significant influence on cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability on customer satisfaction at five chinese food restaurants in South Tangerang.
