Abstract
Pertambahan jumlah penumpang pesawat mengakibatkan lalu lintas transportasi
darat di dalam kawasan bandara semakin padat setiap tahunnya. Untuk mengurangi
kepadatan tersebut, pada akhir tahun 2017, bandara menambahkan variasi moda
transitnya, yaitu kereta bandara dan kereta layang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui dampak kehadiran kereta terhadap pemilihan moda transportasi,
menganalisis kapasitas moda, serta mengoptimalkan jadwal operasi kereta sebagai
kesatuan sistem transit. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan
kualitatif dengan data yang didapatkan dari studi literartur, observasi, dan
penyebaran kuesioner.
Dari 172.646 penumpang per hari, presentase penumpang yang telah menggunakan
kereta bandara dan kereta layang adalah 7,69% dan 9,89%. Sementara penumpang
yang tertarik untuk menggunakan moda pada masa akan datang masing-masing
sebesar 87,83% dan 30,29%. Berdasarkan analisis, sekarang kapasitas kereta
bandara per hari adalah 13.600 penumpang, sedangkan kereta layang berkapasitas
16.192 penumpang.
Perencanaan jadwal operasi dengan parameter even headway menghasilkan jadwal
operasi yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas kereta bandara sebesar 44% untuk
tujuan SDB dan 36% untuk tujuan BST dengan jumlah penumpang sekarang.
Demikian pula kereta layang mengalami peningkatan kapasitas sebesar 8,7%.
Dengan menggunakan presentase pertumbuhan penumpang sebesar 7% per tahun,
kapasitas kereta bandara dengan jadwal operasi hasil perencanaan terisi penuh pada
tahun 2023 sementara kereta layang pada tahun 2018.
Intergasi antara jadwal kereta bandara dan kereta layang hasil perencanakan
menghasilkan waktu transit antar moda tersingkat adalah 12 menit dan terlama 26
menit. Durasi tersebut masih masuk dalam syarat maksimal waktu transit 30 menit. / The increase in the number of passengers of the airplanes resulted in the
increasingly crowded traffic in the airport area every year. To reduce that density,
by the end of 2017, the airport added a variety of transit modes, namely airport
trains and skytrains. This study aims to determine the impact of the trains presence
on the selection of modes of transportation, analyze the capacity of the trains, and
optimize the trains operation schedule as a transit system. The research used
quantitative and qualitative research method with data obtained from literary
studies, observations, and questionnaires.
Of 172,646 passengers per day, the percentage of passengers who have used airport
trains and skytrains is 7.69% and 9.89%. While passengers who are interested to
use the mode for the future respectively by 87.83% and 30.29%. Based on the
analysis, now the capacity of the airport trains per day is 13,600 passengers, while
the capacity of skytrains per day is 16,192 passengers.
Operational schedule planning with event headway parameters resulted in an
operating schedule that can increase the capacity of the airport train by 44% for
SDB and 36% for BST destinations for the current number of passengers. Similarly,
skytrains have increased capacity by 8.7%. By using a percentage of passenger
growth of 7% per year, the capacity of the airport trains with the planned operation
result is fully loaded in 2023 while the skytrains in 2018.
The intergration between the airport trains schedule and the skytrains resulted in
the shortest intermodal transit time of 12 minutes and the longest 26 minutes. The
duration is still included in the terms of a maximum transit time of 30 minutes.
